This fruity Kerner Kabinett is a crossing of the Riesling grape and the Trollinger grape. It offers this fantastic fruity white wine. The wine has a fruity bouquet with a slight apricot taste on the finish. Great balance from acidity and fruitiness. Perfect for spicy cuisines from Mexico, Asia, Thai, Middle East, India, etc. Try it as a stand alone as an aperitif or with almonds and dried fruit. A crowd pleaser! Serve chilled, but not too cold, every degree changes the taste.
